Purchase Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy for Instructor-Led Classroom Training
Full credit or refund is given with customer's notice of cancellation provided by email at info@certifiedinfosec.com at least 15 days prior to seminar start date. No refund or credit is given for customer cancellations provided less than 15 days prior to the seminar start date. Certified Information Security reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any seminar with at least 14 days notice prior to seminar start date. If Certified Information Security cancels a class with at least 14 days notice prior to the seminar start date, you will not be charged. Any fees already paid are refunded upon request, or you will have the option to transfer your registration to another class date and/or location (including virtual attendance visa ZOOM).
Please note that CIS typically reschedules a live on-location class if the scheduled session fails to achieve a minimum enrollment of four paid participants at least 14 days prior to the session's scheduled start date. If Certified Information Security cancels or reschedules a class, it shall not be liable for any costs incurred due to any travel arrangements or commitments independently made by or on behalf of the registered participant. Accordingly, we recommend avoiding arrangement of non-refundable travel (e.g., airline tickets and hotel reservations) more than 14 days prior to the scheduled session's start date.
Cancellation and Return Policy for Web-Based Training
Cancellation Terms: Any web-based training products purchased directly from Certified Tech Trainers, d/b/a/ Certified Information Security, cannot be cancelled or refunded. No subscription purchased may be deferred to a later date for use. All web-based training subscriptions commence on the day of purchase.
Promotional Bundles:
If you purchase the web-based training product along with any other products or services as a bundled promotion, the terms of this Cancellation and Return Policy for Web-Based Training still apply to any web-based training products or services included with your promotional bundle. Appropriate cancellation of products or services other than web-based training does NOT automatically constitute appropriate cancellation and return of the web-based training portion of your bundled promotions. This means that cancelling an instructor-led classroom training product in compliance with the above terms, but not with these terms of web-based training cancellation and return, would ensure that you receive a refund only for the instructor-led classroom training that was cancelled. This refund would be calculated as follows:
Total purchase price for the promotional bundle (minus) the current retail price of the non-refundable web-based training services or subscription. For example: If the promotional price of a bundle including one instructor-led classroom seat and one subscription for web-based training, the amount to be refunded in accordance with these terms would be the difference between the normal current retail price of the web-based training product, and the total purchase price of the promotional bundle.
Agreement
You agree that purchase of any web-based products or services from Certified Tech Trainers, Inc, d/b/a Certified Information Security, constitutes to your full agreement to these terms, and to the terms of the End User License Agreement that can be viewed at: https://www.certifiedinfosec.com/home/legal/end-user-license-agreement-eula.
