Twenty-three controls, four standards, one record.
Assess an enterprise risk management program against the ISO 31000 family in the Multi-Framework Assessment System by Certified Information Security. One unified flow across ISO 31000, ISO/IEC 23894, IEC 31010 and ISO/IEC 27005. Five hands-on labs in about 50 minutes. Upon successful completion, a digital certificate of completion awarding 1 CPE credit will be issued.
Although this 1-hour session is intended to complement our other ISO 31000 training by explaining how to use this to measure and report ISO 31000/27005/23894 conformance per the frameworks' guidance, purchase of other training is not required.
You will leave able to:
✅ Assess the framework clause and the process clause as separate questions
✅ Score practice maturity on the 0 to 5 scale, with Defined as the calibration baseline
✅ Apply the weakest-link rule: Tier 1 maturity never exceeds the worst Tier 2 answer
✅ Mark a control Not Applicable properly, with the reason on the record
✅ Produce a dated maturity record leadership can act on
